All Returns must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box to be accepted as well as signature confirmation or insurance to prevent stolen items and must be shipped within 3 days of original arrival. All returns without a RMA/Return Authorization Number will be marked Return to Sender. Please Allow 3-7 business days for processing of returns. All other returns (Did not like the item / too large or small / color variations) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (maximum ) and must also have a Return Authorization Number/Auction Number as well as Insurance or Signature Confirmation on the package.
