WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCTS? CAN I RETURN THIS?:
Buying random surprise lots is a risk if you don't like surprises. It is not for everyone. You will receive only products that are pictured in our listing. So if you like the majority of what you see, then you should have no issue. However keep in mind, if you are picky about colors, it is best you buy individual products to satisfy your preference. Unfortunately, this is a final sale and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your product is damaged, save it, send us a picture and we will coordinate a replacement. Do not discard the product.
ARE THESE PRODUCTS USED?:
Noooo, gross. These products come from a variety of distributors. Some of these are store closeouts, some are overproduction and some are actually factory sealed. For example, a cosmetic brand made one million red lipsticks. This particular color was nice but could not sell that quantity. They made too much of it. This brand decides to sell their overstock to liquidators like us at reduced prices. All of these products are brand new.
