    Description

    Vintage collectible Visa card from the US National Bank of Oregon.  Has been used, signed on the back and expired in July of 1986.
    Non smoking non pet household.
    Ships within 1  business day of payment however I try to ship out the same day if payment posts early in the am (Monday-Saturday Pacific Time).  I ship via USPS unless otherwise specified and will gladly accept returns at my expense within 30 days if I fail to accurately describe items posted for sale.
