ITEM:   This is a hard cover book, Ventriloquism by Harold C King & Juggling by John E. T. Clark, a C.Arthur Pearson Publication, London, 1921.  There are 93 pages devoted to technique of how to be a ventriloquist, with sample scripts.  Juggling has 28 pages, with both technique of real juggling, as well as gimmicks and tricks to give appearance of juggling. Ads for Hamleys, Davenport and Pearson in front, and back pages and covers.
This book is in exceptionally stable condition considering that is is one of the "yellow peril" books.  Many of the Pearson publications had heavy yellow card covers, with light paper spines.   Collectors have used the term "yellow peril" to describe these.  It is rare to find one like this with the spine mostly intact.

COND:   Spine has been covered with long strip of yellow paper, folded over just a bit onto edges of front and back covers.,  . Use, age marks, soiling on covers.  Covers fully attached, signatures tight.  No dog-ears or writing on interior pages, as they are all in otherwise very fine condition.  Please view the attached images to see the quality of this fine item.
