-all of my books are VERY OLD and have wear. I try to explain the worse, but I am human and sometimes I do miss a thing or 2.
VERY good+ for its age -
Text & boards secure. Spots /stains to the covers -mostly the back [there are more than the ones shown in the last picture, but I wanted to give you a close-up picture of the repair]. The back joint appears to have had a seem repair - nicely done, I almost didn't catch it -again, see last picture.
Pages generally very clean
-just a few spots.  Spine ends have been "repaired" with a black ribbon? -nicely done, tucked into the covers [see last picture]. Tips not too bad - bit worn for age.  No writing that I saw, 2 dog-eared pages.  Title page  has a 1/8" rip at top - no other rips that I saw. Inner hinges not too bad for age - I think someone glued the cracked paper [ inner hinge] back together. End papers stained.

and remember
-this book is very old and may have accumulated bad smells along the way [musty basement/ mildew/ smoke] - I have found that dryer sheets in them for a few months makes a world of difference! some of my books get sold right away so please consider using this trick before deciding to return it!  As far as I can tell -this book has no bad smell.
