    This is a customer charge plate tag  from FRANK & SEDER Clothing store in
    Pittsburg (PA)
    -- the tag is nicely designed. It is a solid aged white metal and measures about 1-1/8" wide.
    Frank and Seder clothing store, for decades a business institution Downtown, which opened
    in 1907.
    The department store expanded to major cities such as Philadelphia, Detroit and New York.  It ceased operations in 1954.
